Hi all,

I hope this day finds you in good spirits.

I went to attend evening Mass a few days ago. It was the first time stepping outside in a while. I was reading a post from someone who said how after a lot of isolation, stepping outside, they noticed things differently.

A lot of the city isn't great, I've felt that way for quite some time. There seems to have been a concerted post war effort to gut the asthetic joy of architecture for mass constructed functionialism. But there are still parts of the city that you wonder around and it's beautiful. Walking past people, seeing people laughing and eating around tables in small restaurants, a smile from another person, it meant a lot.

The last few days, black fibres have been expelling from the nose and inside the nostrils, as well as from the hands and feet. This morning there was black flecks under the nose just above the top lip. Laying down at night, I notice a sensation like a bubble that floats in the left orbital bone of the skull, just under the eye and top of the cheek bone. The itching on my feet had abated mostly the prior two nights but came back last night. The itching sensation morphed into a searing sensation after a while, with some muscle twiching and nerve reactivity in my right leg again.

I recall the Lemon Cleanse from a long time ago, and had associated it as a way to alleviate the crawling and biting sensations. I came across the thread again and Joe had written "As soon as the stinging/itchy sensations began, we jumped right on the cleanse and drank about 1/3 of the 32oz bottle we made." He wrote itching, I didn't recall reading people using the cleanse for itching. I got out of bed after an hour of trying to ride it out, went to the kitchen and squeezed a quarter of a lemon into a glass and drank with water. It really helped! In my mind I was saying 'alright, party's over, everyone get out'.

Adrenals seem to be affected at the moment. I had this before and it accounts for the periodic feeling of unease. Sometimes CBD oil helps, two drops under the tongue. I have been waking in the night and have been trying to get back into sleep quickly. My focus and clarity has taken a bit of a hit - this post for instance is all over the place. My dreams have not been great the last few nights as well. It got me thinking about a post Justin made about the frequency of the disease oscillating at a lower vibration to our own. There was also some covid studies that indicated that it could induce anxiety and stress, so by extension its plausible that Lyme/M could operate in a similar capacity.

In other areas, I haven't bathed for four days, other than washing with sulphur soap under arms and other hygiene regions, and overall my skin feels better for it. Although I haven't been able to wash my feet as they have been wrapped in bandages with honey. They have started to smell. I will take off the bandages tonight and bathe. I'm considering switching to infrequent cold showers instead of daily warm water bathing.

Also washed my hair after quite sometime yesterday. I left it so long because I didn't want someone else having contact with the biofilm that seems to be coming from my scalp. I have had to adapt to washing with one hand as the left hand still has bandages on to continue the healing journey. Muscle memory kicks in and i had to grab the towel on a few occassions to not let the water soak into dry scabs. I started off by wetting and air drying my hair and scalp with kleen green earlier in the day, then later in the evening washing first with sulphur soap then the Oasis shampoo and conditioner.

The oasis shampoo and conditioner is very good, feels light, cleans and doesn't leave that strong chemical smell/fragrance that even some so called natural shampoos have. Along my hairline and in the areas where I have noticed receeding, there was this very prominent thick white sludge. At first I thought they were dead skin cells, but it smeared and was sticky. Rubbed and washed with sulphur soap and after drying didn't appear to be there. I wonder if it was the enzymes in the shampoo that allowed biolfim? to come to the surface and release.

Love and Gratitude,

God Bless,

Timothy
