Hi all,

Going to have to tweak my diet again. I am eating alot of cruciferous vegetables thinking they're healthy, good for alkaline, very low carb etc, but conversely it's really hard to digest for me and I've never really liked them /avoided them before. I realise that the number one priority should be digestion of food that you ingest. No point in it being this or that if it sits in your gut and causes inflammation. I'm going to trial higher protein/fat and salad leaf/cucumber combos with ACV to see how that sits with my digestion. I have a feeling it's all this fibre and heavy vegetables, some raw, which is causing some digestion issues.

I also took out coconut milk for the time being as it might have been too much for the system too soon. Too much die off causing/exaserbating the itching in my feet? Coconut is generally considered safe regarding histamine, so hoping to reintroduce later down the line.

Sleep hasn't been great, it's probably a lymes thing and it has a knock on effect on my mood. I've also been getting quite frustrated recently. Not being around people, having daily interactions, a social life! not working has started to really affect me.

In other areas, Testosterone levels seems to have kicked back online massively after a few months of being seemingly off. The Zinc and Magnesium are the building blocks of the endocrine system and its in abundance in the protocol. Having a temper/aggression is not conducive to a balanced mind for a balanced body.

I am grateful for the progress made, and everyday is a new day. Sticking to the protocol and powering through.
