What is the recipe to mix the WPS to apply to skin?

Mel Says" 8 of drops of sodium chlorite in the glass, then add 8 drops of citric acid in the glass, that makes 8 drops of WPS add warm water, then funnel into your spray bottle!" ...............Any questions just contact me!
