Hello Friends!

This is my first post on the forum. I have been on the protocol for about 5 months now, so I'm a little late getting with the "forum program". I have been attending 1 conference call a week so am familiar with some of you lovely people!

My entrance in to this protocol is a little different than most because I was already on 5 drops of WPS when I reached back out to Mel and got back on the basic protocol. So, Mel and I decided that my body was stable enough to keep on taking that and increase over time. So all that being said, I am now at 14 drops a day (will stay here from here on out) and on the full protocol with extension.

Feeling very well besides some dips in energy (I call this "detox tired") and sensations (primarily on feet). I still have an obvious load of larger parasites but that is decreasing steadily.

All in all, I'm very encouraged with the progress that has been made and am VERY HOPEFUL for full recovery and freedom from this issue. I have dealt with it for over 8 years now and FINALLY understand the importance of being ALL IN and not looking back!

I just want to say that I am continuously encouraged by all of the members and by Mel.... so grateful to be part of this community of Action-Takers!

I wanted to share some habits that have become very important to me. Some I have been using for a couple years and some just a couple months.

Intermittent Fasting - I typically just eat one meal a day (usually lunch) and drink bone broth protein powder for breakfast and dinner. This gives my systems a rest from constantly putting out energy for food digestion. I sustain better during the work week and wake up with more energy.

Lemon Cleanse - Mel suggested I drink this lemon cleanse (aka the "Master Cleanse") to neutralize the parasites and get them to "quiet down".... especially in the middle of the night. This is water, fresh lemon juice, Dark Grade A maple syrup (formerly Grade B), and cayenne pepper. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS! It feels so cleansing, and I enjoy the "zingy", refreshing taste it provides.... thanks Mel!

Stretching - I go on long walks, strength train and love to move my body (most of the time). But i truly believe that stretching is so underrated. The parasites "lock" our body in place, and we get used to staying in the same positions. Stretching and breathing pumps oxygen to parts of our body that haven't been oxygenated and manually moves these parasites out of places that are harder for the protocol to reach.

Sun - Ohhhhh it's getting harder to get sun with less daylight hours being available, but it is sooooo important! I will have to implement a new "sun" strategy while working during most of the daylight hours.

MMS Baths - I wasn't doing these until maybe a month and a half ago. And these are a game-changer. I love dipping my face a couple times right when I enter the bath, turning off all the lights, lighting a candle, and using the half hour for prayer. I feel like it is the combination of the MMS bath and communing with God that makes it such a special time.
Check with Mel before ever starting the MMS baths!

This protocol really does work. God delivers. God heals. I want to encourage anybody who is new and thinking about starting this protocol that there is hope! You are not alone. And it is a lot, but it is doable!

I look forward to diving in and reading everybody's suggestions and gleaning from such a comprehensive knowledge base. I am grateful for everyone here and hope to get more consistent with posting and reading the forum. I have added it to my weekly planner! <3

I enjoyed your post!

Sounds like you are doing good!

We really learn a lot on our calls and it gives support to others which really helps.

The posts are great information to have to keep up with each other and go back and read in case you don’t remember something.

I also Love the fellowship on our Sunday prayer calls God really encourages us.

Hello Everyone ,

Hi hope everyone is doing well ,

I really enjoyed reading the post from Margaret , great post Margaret !! Thank you for sharing some helpful tips and ideas with all of us and your personal journey..

It's so helpful when the community shares how they are handling daily life and situations that frankly you run out of ideas on how to handle it , so I personally am grateful for any helpful suggestions posted by anyone that will help with organizing all the things on a daily basis that would simplify all we have to do in adjusting to our lives since this disease ..

I'm still looking for ways to simplify grocery shopping and be more efficient in buying also making some great meals and save some money in the process , any new ideas for problems with laundry or the environment or getting our bodies on the Mend. .

There are so many things we have to do with this disease and I personally would love to hear from others how they have handled all the difficulties and now manage well ..

Even just short posts sharing something new you've discovered or just anything helpful would be great conversation..

So Thank you Everyone for all that you do in helping all of us here .. I hope we can start some conversations , wishing you all well.

God Bless !!
