3/9/2012 7:02:09 PM | Hi Mel and others, I would like to share what we discussed when we spoke last week. I was concerned that, when I take MMS, I can only take up to 3 drops, and then I am sick. I had been feeling very nauseous, tired and generally unwell (with 'flu like symptoms). You advised me to stop taking the MMS, until I began John B's protocol and to stay on that for 2 weeks, before reintroducing the MMS. My package arrived two days ago and this is my second day on the protocol. Already I feel much better, although I'm sure this is a combination of taking the nutritional supplements, stopping the MMS for now, and psychological (because I now feel hope about the whole situation). I have a two-year-old at home. I am going to start him on the protocol, and I will give him supplements by ratio (my weight/his weight). He has been quite affected by the illness and, over the last month, particularly, has come out in a lot of lesions. I am really looking forward to him getting better. I was also interested to know about what to do when moving house, as we will be moving next weekend. You told me that you didn't replace furniture and have been successful - I probably won't be able to afford to replace furniture, but will be very diligent in cleaning as I pack. I am hoping that I don't contaminate my new environment. I would like to comment on the new doctor, who, last time I saw her (which was the first time) was very supportive and encouraging, and asked for details of you doctor so she could get some information. I took inforation into her. Unfortunately, this did not work out. She basically said that the laboratory testing was not relevant to Australian pathology practices, and suggested anti-psychotic drugs for me. At the time I felt angry. I won't be going back to her. There is another doctor nearby, who, apparently knows something of morgellons, but is a Lyme disease expert. I did contact his office, but their fees are unaffordable for me. If I come up with any suitable doctors, in the future, I will post on here for others. Finally, everything on this website has been very good for me. Like others, when I first researched this illness, I saw the horrible pics and read terrible things - but your website offers hope and support, and this is not just preached but practiced - for this I can't thank you, or John B enough. I thank God for finding it. I am also grateful that, through this website, I have found Sonja. who has been generous with her time and advice. Thank you Sonja. God bless Teresa |
