Yesterday I went to my GP and, for the first time in about 20 years, I got results from blood tests that showed that my health has improved - quite significantly in some areas. I have now been on Mel's protocol for twelve months - this, to me, was scientific proof of what I have been feeling for a while - that I am getting better. It is because the protocol is working. My body is getting vitamins and nutrients from the Logos products and is slowly ridding itself of toxins, parasites etc..
Having been sick for so long I can't really express how good it feels to slowly turn things around and to know that what I'm doing is working. It gives me the impetus and courage to keep making the changes that I need to.
There must be so many people, like me, that have suffered from years of poor health - if I can give hope to one person that's a good thing. Changing your lifetime habits and sticking to the protocol is hard work, but it is worth it.
I could never have done this without the help of Mel, John B. and the He Cures All Foundation. Somewhere along the line God is watching out for me. Thank you Mel and John. Words can't really express my gratitude but I do hope that I can 'pay it forward' one day.
