Hi Nan, nice to hear from you again.... with more wonderfully useful suggestions too!

I will keep that in mind about mixing things up (changing products) to keep my body (and the M) on it's toes. I would also love to take more ocean swims and be taking walks in the salty hair but I was in hiding for the last 12+ months due to the embarrassment of my lesions. If all goes well (which it seems to be) the scars won't be so noticeable (& I hope to not get any new lesions) so I will definitely get out there this summer!

I have been doing my fresh lemon in water every morning for the last 6 months and I love starting my day that way. I have been doing regular colonics (every 1-2 weeks) for a few months now and this is one of the things they emphasize as it restores your body's PH, especially after you have been asleep for 8 hours with little to no water intake.

I bought one of those daily\weekly pill containers and pack all my supplements up for the week on Sundays so I never miss a beat with them. I used to have 1 sugar in my coffee each day but now I am having a little stevia instead. I know that coffee is supposed to me a no-no but I usually know (feel) when something is affecting me badly, and it's the last thing to go (of the foods & drinks) so I am hanging on with white knuckles. I only have a half a cup a day... and now drink rooibos tea as well as peppermint, licorice, and chamomile the other times. Plus up to 3 litres of water per day. The diet is very much on track and now I don't really find it hard or miss all the foods I might have wanted in the past.

My sauna is due to arrive any day now and I am very much looking forward to its arrival.

I do miss interacting with people the way I used to and find that I am just not my full self anymore. I don't get close & am reluctant to start conversations in case I get asked questions I don't want to answer. I am very much a recluse these days and I miss even getting a hug from my mum. We are both too scared. But, I am trying to tell myself it is only temporary and this time is all mine to look after myself completely. Once I am better, I can hopefully interact normally again.

I hope you are doing well Nan and that you have some nice plans over Christmas.
