Like you I also suffer from Lyme disease but, with a lot of intervention, help and His guidance, have come a very long way in my healing journey. These days I am just about living a 'normal' life.
I am in touch with Sonja and she is totally cured and well these days. She helped me a lot, when I first found this site a few years ago. I found it very helpful to have someone I could talk to when I was feeling down about everything. Also, some of the things mentioned on this site, like Kleen Green, we can't get here.
I would be interested to find out how to get in touch with the sympathetic doctor you have found.
I found that all the issues with my skin, itching, crawling and lots of other horrible symptoms, cleared up eventually once I had been on the protocol for a while.
