1/3/2016 1:45:18 AM | Hi everyone, Just wanted to give an update on my health situation. I have been religiously taking my supplements (minus the MMS) and my diet has been excellent. I'm now getting a few more recipes of different food "treats" I can eat so that I don't feel deprived and now, i actually really LOVE eating this healthy. Sure, there are some foods I would probably inhale given the chance but it wouldn't occur on a regular basis, if it did at all. My Far Infrared Sauna arrived just after Christmas (after much drama from the sauna company & delivery people trying to co-ordinate delivery around Christmas time) and 2 nights ago I had my first sauna. As I have had steam sauna's since I got M I thought I probably wouldn't have any adverse reactions but I heeded advice and started slow with relatively low heat for 20 mins only. I woke up the next day & felt fine & this continues for most of the day. When I got home at the end of the day, I started to get that feeling I get when I know things are coming out of my skin, and my hair (which is still moving on it's own) was going crazy - like a real life Medusa! I had a shower & tried to clean myself up but even after the shower I would rub my hands over my body & it felt like I just rolled in dirt. Black specs, white sandy bits & a couple of rubbery bits were coming out for quite some time. I just continued to use my coconut & essential oil blend to rub them out, had a large dose of Vit C drink & told myself this was a good thing. Better out than in, right?! I was concerned it might turn into more than just this 'purging' but the next day (today), things have been a little better. I thought I would keep posting about my FIR sauna use & experiences in case others want to know. Within my physical self, my energy is good & I "feel" good (healthy) apart from some lesions on my face that still won't heal, and my hair issues which is actually quite distressing for me. It doesn't seem to be a common thing from what I have read (or not read) in the forums although on the Charles E. Holmes website did I read another lady's profile who had moving hair too. Any theories on why or how this happens? The hair moves intelligently, if this makes sense? It moves as though it is sensing the environment and will often move towards my face (& then latch on!) or very quickly dart away from my tweezers!! I would really, really like to know how or why this can occur like this. Anyone? Well, I guess I could look on the bright side in that these 2 issues (face lesions & hair moving) are really my only bothersome physical "symptoms" at this present time, especially when I think about how bad I have been in the past. Anyway, I hope that everyone was able to enjoy (at least in some way) their Christmas & I hope (& pray) for a continuation of our journey towards perfect health this year. Regards, Gale |
