I have now had 3 sauna's in total and after the other 2 I did not get the same level of purging, but then again I did scrub with black african soap & a soft bristle brush straight afterwards in the shower & then when dry applied my coconut & essential oil mix to the skin (which includes neem). Pretty sure this helped. I actually feel quite good after having one! I'll be sure to keep posting about the sauna experience as times goes by. Funny you should mention the bentonite clay as just before I read your post I had done a dead sea mineral mud mask and I am nearly finished it so I will try this one next (& try mixing in some borax too). I do already use neem in my skin oil blend but maybe I will try applying it directly onto the lesions as well. Thanks for those tips. About the matter of getting a haircut, I have been thinking about it but I have since realised just how much hair I have lost - it's probably about a third so far and it continues to come out in large clumps daily so i worry that a very short hair cut with thinning hair it will make me look nearly bald. I kind of hoped I might miss out on the hair loss part, especially seeing as I am feeling so much better on a day to day basis. I also changed my diet over 18 months ago and have been on a similar protocol to Mel's for about 12 months and the same protocol for the last 6 (minus the MMS & bactrim). I hoped I got to it early but it seems not early enough. On last testing my thyroid was fine but i will get my Dr to check again at end of Jan when i go back. I also started on MMS 3 nights ago (tonight I will take my 4th). I decided to start on only 1:1 drop & see how i go because I didn't want to overdo things with the new sauna at the same time & herx really badly. I only noticed a very mild headache but otherwise, it's all good so far. With regards to the moving hair, I noticed that when I wore a wig briefly for a fancy dress that some hair on the wig was moving in the same way!!! When I went home I was in my tiny bathroom with no air flow and the wig hairs were dancing on their ends! Also this happened to long fibers on my woolen jumper (sweater, I think you call it). So can this be explained also by your theory? The electricity part, maybe... but it looks more than an electrical charge to me. I too see my hairs that have fallen, moving for some time afterwards. I guess i will never know for sure how this happens. It just really freaks me out. Thanks for the detailed info you have given and for giving me your thoughts on my moving hair as this is something I am really struggling with. Kindest regards, Gale |
