1/20/2016 5:31:43 AM | Hi Lady T, Sorry for my late reply. I did write at the end of last week after having a bad week the week prior but my reply doesn’t appear to have come through. It must have got lost in the ether! So I had a few bad days after starting on week 2 of my MMS (2 drops), generally feeling crap and so very exhausted. I was also getting A LOT of stuff coming out of my skin again so I gave the FIR sauna a break until I felt things were a bit more stable as I didn’t want it to get out of control. I am very pleased to say though, I bought the Redmond clay & mixed it with vinegar to put directly onto my face lesions (which have refused to heal) and I did feel that it helped. I continued with Neem in my hair too and then resumed the sauna’s. One thing I have noticed is that the day following the sauna my hair is much better (a lot less movement, if any at all!) and as a whole it feels as though the amount of hair falling out is much less. I’m not sure if it was the MMS or the sauna, the combination of both on top of the supplement protocol all coming together but I am very happy to share that I feel an improvement overall. My face lesions are finally healing (yay!) and look better than they have in 6 months! I also wore my hair out at work for the first time in months and survived nearly until the end of that day before the hair started to play up again. But I’d still say that is progress! I did also try (some time back as I think you may have mentioned it in another subject forum) the turmeric in my ears when I felt some crawling and it seemed to help keep things ‘quiet’ in there. Note to anyone else trying this; remember to clean your ears before going out with your hair tied back! Yes you are right about not counting the months, especially when I have not been on the full protocol so I will endeavour to just keep focused on moving forward & staying on the protocol because I know for a fact I am improving. And yes also, to us sharing a commonality of knowing a little about alternative healing. I was always interested in the body, health & healing from a very young age and I was just thinking about this a few days before you wrote about it. I didn’t learn all that for nothing, right? So now is my time to USE IT. Put it into practice & stop behaving with a victim mentality that I have let shatter my confidence. So as you can probably tell, I am feeling much better :) Thanks for the cyber hug you sent me too, and for taking all that time to write & answer my questions. It’s a very lonely disease in which we cannot share most of to others, as you have said. So it’s so great to have this resource & for lovely people like yourself to take the time to offer advice & words of encouragement. So, thank you. |
