Read ,read and read again,the forum is a fantastic source of wisdom and knowledge.Study the ,'sum of the parts,' it will get you there in time, re your healing. I'm glad you have been in contact with Mel too . You are not alone ,we all understand how you feel.
I want you to know that everything you're going through we have mostly all been through. And please know that you health will absolutely get better in time ,if you follow the healing process. Hold on and know that in time you will be okay.
Please join the free conference call on a Saturday or/and fellowship on a Sunday . I know there's a time difference ,but it will be so good for you to talk to people at different stages of their healing restoration.
