An art you say? Yes, because organizing the many supplements we take on a daily basis becomes a creative process unique to each of us depending on our personal situation. Before I describe my "system", please take a few moments to scroll down to check out the many great suggestions others have shared.....for instance... Freddie Bean used the same system as Mel used all those years ago, using baggies which helps her now that she is well enough to be back in the workforce...the system is a "grab and go" to help her out the door on time with supplements in hand... Brian has an outside job so he sets reminders on his phone to keep him on track throughout the day...and more great ideas one of which may be perfect for your situation so please check them out !! My system works well for me since I stay indoors due to sun sensitivity issues. The picture shows a container I picked up for $1.00 years ago. You may notice that I charted the supps with the times of day on the lid: BK=breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. This container sets next to me at my dining table so at each meal I simply open and pull out what is needed for that particular meal. Very easy !! As the "pill bins" empty, I simply dump more in. I keep the remaining monthly supply in their original bottles with the name written on the bottle cap for easy recognition. And as those bottles empty throughout the month I turn them upside down in the box until the next month's supply arrives. At that time, I exchange the lid tops so I don't even have to re-label anything. With that being said...perhaps one of the organizing methods will work for you OR give you an idea which may work best for your personal situation. BE CREATIVE !! And let us know how your artistry shows itself. Be blessed on your wellness journey! Brenda | |||
