Hi, Everyone – I don’t have anything earth-shattering to add to this thread. However, one thing I just started doing that has helped me tremendously is using AutoShip for my Logos supplements. I don’t know why I was so reluctant to use AutoShip for the first six months I was on the Protocol. However, left to my own devices, I always seemed to forget to order on time. One month, I was without supplements for a few days! That’s when I decided to simplify my life and start using AutoShip. Now I know my order will get delivered on time, and I won’t be left high and dry without my supplements!
