Hi Jane.
I know those questions are always common for many in the very beginning. As far as sleeping at night, as Robin recommended, the Natural Calm powder works very well, I get the watermelon flavor! It’s also very relaxing for your stomach too, and just take it at your own pace and know that it does help with sleeping.
As far as “the when will I get well”, why that is a great question for us all, and I know we all want to answer that ….. but, truthfully there are so many underlying factors that can determine the outcome. Some of it can be from any underlying health conditions, how long you’ve had it, or if you have any co-infections as well.
Ultimately there is a reason why we all got here and typically it’s because our health was just in a poor unstable place. I don’t know how long you’ve been on this site or protocol, but if you keep reading, coming to a Saturday call, keep on that strict diet and reaching out for Coaching with Mel, you will see progress!
Then as you can keep moving forward and you’ll begin to feel better one day at a time and most certainly you’ll have a whole different positive outlook on your life and healing!
