Hi Claire,
I’m sorry you aren’t feeling better. I feel that when these are extremely active it’s because they are purging from your body. I had the same intense feeling and wasn’t getting any relief until one day it just stopped. A few things that may help are;

1) wash your hair with Head and Shoulders 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner. Use the classic clean formula. Leave in for 2-3 minutes before rinsing. While letting this sit,wash your body with sulfa soap. Finish with a cold rinse. Never shower with real hot water.

2) once a day lather your hair with Alafia Everyday coconut lotion with a few drops of peppermint and oregano oil. Cover with a disposable shower cap or two. Let sit for as long as you can. A few hrs is good. The coconut oil attracts them and the oregano kills. These oils are very strong so don’t get them on your skin especially near eyes. Tea tree oil is good as well but oregano is king! You can buy all of this on Amazon.

3) use only polyester sheets, socks and undergarments. These love cotton so try to stay away from cotton. Young can buy all this on Amazon really inexpensive.

4) spend time outside. They will fly off you. Go for a long walk and get some sun. Shake them out of your hair when you are outside.

5) great job on your diet. However, you need more protein. Eat some chicken and green leafy vegetables. Make a big salad and eat it throughout the week. I agree with you that it’s easy to get sick of eggs. Eat your eggs with bacon. It’s a game changer. I drink a lot of the almond chocolate milk sweetened with stevia. It doesn’t produce any crawling at all and it so yummy! Thank you Tea!

6) do not put moisturizer on your skin. Leave it dry.

You are such a strong young woman and I know you will get better. Have hope and keep trying. It’s hard but there are no other options. Look forward and stay strong! If you ever want to talk or text please ask Mel for my cell number. I am here for you! We all are cheering for you!

Love,
Lola
