just a quick note to say thank you for the phone call.
I hope you know how important the job are doing is. Without your help and this website I would be in a very scary place. It's no exaggeration to say that the work you are doing is at least changing lives, if not saving lives.
I have made a new commitment to the protocol and I have started working my way through the teleconference archives. I have also implemented the information you and John B provided to help Claudia. Patience is my new mantra.
Before I go I also want to thank you for protecting us from all the scary information that is out there. It is so nice to come to a safe place which is completely focused on getting better.
So here I go! Lets get this show on the road. I am really looking forward to writing to you in 18 months and telling you how well we both are.
