Sorry i have missed your call, i have been working as much as i can as to pay off credit cards to do with disease.
I had the mass of spots and itching on my neck , chest and back, i have increased my Kleen Green spray to spraying it all over my body twice a day after each shower. The rash subsided slowly, and touch wood it is greatly reduced.
My energy is great, trying not to overdo it as when i get back from work, i go out and carry out quotations for more work, come back and the housework begins, i am much happier in my new rented smaller home,
sticking to diet and protocol, i have found an organic local farm shop that sells everything , they have a dairy free, gluten free and raw sugar free ice cream.
the four ingredients are only water, agave nectar, crushed cashews and coconut, all organic ingredients. i just had two spoons yesterday to see , all seems ok at moment.
