I’m so pleased you’ve joined me in our journey to claiming our lives back at last ! Thank you for being the calm voice of reason , when mine at times had left me friend.
Chrissie is worth her weight in gold for the time, caring, knowledge, empathy, and diligence she affords people under their welcome to Mel’s site.
Apologies to your site Mel for my rudeness in not introducing myself formally, I have been waiting until I felt more composed before saying Hello.

I’m from as far North in Scotland as you can go before you hit Norway: Shetland.
I tried to join the conference call on Sat for the first time , but as it was also the first time I had tried to use Skype , my poor ‘’fuzzed-up-stupid-head” kept trying to push the microphone icon when talking. Result, silence.
I will persevere under Chrissie’s tutelage next wk.
Hope to join you there Ann. I’ll see if my other dear friend Christine, is on for jumping in on Sat too .
You now have 3 more from the U.K Mel & I’m working hard on increasing our numbers to reach out to more.
Chrissie has been my support and inspiration in this.
I look forward to getting to know you all over the coming months . Thank you all for your site and posts which I have made a part of my daily routine, especially when low .
