I’m back from my trip and doing well.
Thankfully, I didn’t experience any signs of M while on the cruise.
I just past the year mark on the protocol and turned 69.
Last month I saw a lot of white specks and a few black in the bed but this month hardly any symptoms at all.
I started working out a couple of days a week and feel great. I will post when I can, but just wanted you to know how well I am doing.
