JoAnna’s “Happy Dance” Post

I’ve been “MIA” for awhile, so Mel asked me to give an update on my progress. You will find my original post called “JoAnna’s Journey”, dated July 2021, below. I am just adding to that original post.

Fast forward almost two years, and Praise God, I am happy to report I am well! Like everyone else, it has been a long, sometimes bumpy, road. I started on the Basic Protocol in June 2021. I did very well on that, so Mel added the Morgellons Extension in July 2021. At the beginning of August 2021, I had a major herx. That was NOT fun, but I feel it helped speed up my recovery. In February 2022, Mel added the Lyme Extension to my regimen. I did very well on that, so a month later Mel had me start taking WPS, but very slowly. By “very slowly”, I mean I started on ½ drop in the morning and ½ drop in the evening. Over time, Mel gradually increased my dosage to 4 drops a.m. and 4 drops p.m.

Things went along smoothly until I fell and fractured my left kneecap. This was in September 2022. I felt so physically bad, I just couldn’t take my protocol like I was supposed to, or take my WPS. But, much to my surprise, all my MD symptoms disappeared completely! I thought I was well then, but NO. Mel and others told me it was common to have a major illness or injury, and MD symptoms would take the back burner. As I recovered from my fractured kneecap, sure enough, some of the MD symptoms surfaced again…mainly during the full moon. So I got back on the protocol and the WPS. I feel like the month of December 2022 was a turning point for me. I noticed MD symptoms getting less and less, and not bothering me during full moons. I have been symptom-free for about four months now.

So, many thanks are in order! First and foremost, I am grateful to God for HIS healing power. The Sunday prayer calls helped keep me focused on the right thing. We need to “keep the Main Thing (Jesus), the main thing”! Secondly, I would not be well without the coaching I received from Mel and the guidance from John B. They both kept me on the straight and narrow road to recovery. Lastly, I want to thank the MD warriors who went before me, and who were always there for advice and comfort…Tea, Rockin Robin, Brian, Karen the Librarian, Nancy, and Chrissie, to name a few.

I’m a big believer in everything happens for a reason. If I had not had a head-on collision with this toxic disease called MD, I would not have met Mel and the wonderful people in our Community.

As Mel always says: “Those who did not give up hope got well!”

“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.” (Romans 15:13)

God’s blessings to you all,
JoAnna
