Hi Julie!!

Welcome & I'm so glad you're here!!

When it comes to cleaning, I was a clean freak in the beginning, but the more I listened to everyone, I slowly began to use some simple schedules and arranged everything so that I wasn't mopping floors or washing my sheets daily anymore!! Yeah! Now it's on a one week schedule and it helps!

I also find it helpful to schedule general cleaning in one room a day, one laundry load a day & treat rooms as much as I can with WPS and an Ozone machine, as Karen mentioned.

I am in my eleventh month, and I'm a little slower on my Protocol schedule than everyone else because of other health conditions, but taking it slow and sticking to a schedule is paying off! Staying on this Protocol is saving my life!!

As of now my memory is extremely bad, so I made a weekly/monthly schedule for just about everything so I can always look at it, write more notes, make grocery lists, menu schedules and so on...

I know it may sound like a lot, and we're all so different, so I'm hoping some ideas maybe helpful. Just know you're not alone!!

Again, Welcome and we are so glad you're here!!!

Blessings!
Tara
