Thank you all for your kind thoughts. I appreciate your words so much. I've been feeling so very alone, and until I found this site, I felt it was over for me this time.
My world had shrunk and the worst had happened again.
What I need to learn is to have the courage to face it in the spare room where it seems to still reside. I am afraid of it and was hoping it would just die, but after 10 years it was still in that room. scary.
But Im willing to find the strength to clean that space once and for all as I heal and just get rid of it.
Any suggestions of how to handle paper and floors, in those spaces would help, and bedding, I'm just so afraid of it, that
I wash my hands dozens of times a day and that leaves them cracked and dry.
I've received the protocol and started it today.
