Ok Julia...you can start smiling now because this time, YOU win. It's gotten you down because you feel there's no real way to deal with it, but that's inaccurate.

Knowledge is power...and you're in the right place to get the info. So...arm yourself for battle and get ready...play the Rocky theme music as loud as you like and enjoy a diabolical laugh at how you are going to get this thing running out of your house like it was on fire.

Here's what to do:

1. Gear yourself up emotionally and start seeing the light! This means you can kick this monster out and make it cry like a little girl. Decreasing cortizol with newfound hope is a great place to start.

2. Get some WPS. Put 50 drops of each in a glass or ceramic bowl.

3. It'll be dark brown and smoking and smelling like a chemical plant. This is good. Wear a respirator. You can buy these at Home Depot...Lowes, etc. in the paint department.

4. Put it in the room in question and then run away and slam the door.

5. You can do this repeatedly.

6. If you're worried about exposure, you might want to do what I did...buy a hazmat suit (or a protective suit). I got mine online...and spent less than $100. I got it a couple of years ago so I don't remember where I got it, but it has a full zip face protector. It's adequate, but definitely not top of the line. You'll look like an astronaut from a very poor country, but it'll keep you protected. Just google and see what you can find.

7. Ozone. Ozone is your best friend in this. You can either rent an ozone machine, or you can buy one. I found it was cheaper in the long run to buy one. Foreverozone is where I got mine. It's a good one and the people there are really nice to work with. Run that ozone machine repeatedly. That's what I did, and it made THE difference in my home. The company will give you info on how to do this.

8. Just keep nuking the H - E - double hockey sticks out of the room in question until it's the indoor equivalent of scorched earth.
