It sounds like you have been using best practices in your routine. This structured approach is one of reasons you will get well from this disease.
The good news is; as you get better so does the environment. This means you will be able to ease up on some of the cleaning. For example; I now wash sheets every three nights but continue to use enzymes daily on them.
Another good practice you are using is posting on the forum. This can sometimes be therapeutic because our community can relate to your challenges. But it is equally important to post your accomplishments as a way to share your whole journey.
I pray you continue to move forward with perseverance as well as putting trust in the Lord as you conquer this disease.
