Hi Cheryl, Aunt Laura & all,

Thank you for your encouragement.

I keep telling myself that it gets worse before it gets better.

At night the things seem to effervesce out of my ears, it feels just like bubbly water when you go to take a sip. I feel this light something landing on my face, nose, cheeks...I think they went into my ears as my initial contact, when I looked into an old bag full of untreated stuff. Little did I know they made their way deep inside my ears and likely reproduced there.

Other news, I find that vacuuming helps keep the sensation of them getting on my lower legs down to almost nothing, so they must be able to be sucked up and removed. I remember wondering if they were a film of some sort that would infect the vacuum, but things seem to get much better when I vacuum.

I feel that there is a component that is environmental.

I've had this now twice, and this time was from some of them in my space still.I'm quite sure of that from the actual evidence. Granted if I had not been run down, I may have fought it off.

I've got to eliminate it from my environment or else I may be getting exposed to this when I'm 80 years old.

Lastly, How do you guys handle the diet in terms of losing weight when that is not desirable. I am now 20 pounds lighter in three months, and I was thin to begin with. Now I'm skin and bones with my clothes falling off and baggy. It makes me look and feel not well. I feel like a scarecrow.

I think I am a carbohydrate metabolizer, and that is how my body functioned to be normal weight and have strength.

What now?

I eat avocado, butter, nuts, coconut products, fish, chicken, unsweetened chocolate etc. Still losing weight. Help.
