HI Cheryl, Thomas and all other friends out there,
I'm just getting back to posting.
I seemed to have Herxed recently at 10 drops. I woke up and felt a sore throat, and then dizziness, and a cloudy face feeling. I had to spend the next two days in bed (and miss a day at work).
Luckily I got on the conference call for a while.
I was wiped out for a couple weeks.
I've also just fallen off the world for a while, as I've been battling this stuff in my ears. It lightly moves out of my ears (or nose) and across my face as soon as I settle down to sleep at night, all clean, and scrubbed, and colloidal silvered and essential oiled etc. The 2 hours in the bath washing and oiling seemed not to have affected it.
At least if I have hexed that means I guess I can now try the WSP bath, hopefully with no problems.

Yes I keep reminding myself to be patient. I think the hard part is that there is so little pleasure that is allowed.
No nice clothes, no contact, no fruit, and the schedules. But I do know that it has on the flip side the benefit of correcting our lifestyle to good eating habits.
There is a Chinese saying that goes: One disease, long life, No disease, short life. In other words, one illness will get us to take care of ourselves over a lifetime and lead to better health overall. That is what we can hope for.
