I would like to hear from the born tidy among us, (since I an naturally less tidy) how you face the task of tiding up when faced with the fear of getting exposed. My bedroom looks like it was hit by a hurricane, in that since February when this presented itself again I have avoided many things there.

A pile of blankets still sit waiting to be washed, including a comforter that is too large for my washing machine, very likely. I have been so busy washing my clothes daily and sheets daily, that it and other things like that just sit there being less than tidy. I have washed two blankets, both queen size, but can't seem to face the last two. Can anyone respond on how to deal with the fear? I avoid a lot of things, then regret it sometime, as it exposes me, and I then itch.
I'd rather not touch it than deal with it. What frame of mind works for you?

My work schedule has changed so I cannot get on the Saturday noon calls at this time.
