Julia,

You are trying to hurry things along too fast.

The fear will ease. it takes time.
From my own experience I know it takes longer for some than others.

I thought the fear would never go but it lessened over the months and now has all gone. There are no longer any nasty white things covering my red blanket or the bathroom floor.

You need only hang the blankets/ comforters in the hot sun. Spray them first with kleengreen if you must.
The sun will remove whatever you feel is there.

The books will be fine. I had over 2000. I made daughter get rid of many and now I so regret it.

I am re reading ones that were saved and. They hold no fear.
One was my mother,s bible which nearly went the way of the others.

It is my daily read since Mel led me back to it.

The bits of rubbish cannot reinfect you so your fear is imagined rather than real.

Yes I know you feel some things seem to give off this
" Dangerous feel" but just leave those things a bit longer until they feel safe.

You can always test your fear and touch them and see what happens. They just might not bite.

You need to rest more and clean less.

The atmosphere will start to clean itself once you heal.
Mel has always said this.

Concentrate on healing; diet, protocol, sleep and clean water.

A diffuser with essential oils of thyme, tea tree and eucalyptus may help or use whatever oils you like.
They are quite cheap on amazon.
I am going to get one some day.

I hope the fear eases soon.

It causes high cortisol levels which prevent healing so is doing you no good.

God Bless.
