Hi Julia,
I have been reading your thread and hope to be of some help here.
One of the hardest things to do with this illness is rest and take the time to read and absorb all that is posted here on this forum.
It is understandable to be fearful and overwhelmed. I was there too. I barely worked during the worst of it, but taking care of yourself, getting plenty of sleep, listening to the conference calls, reading and if necessary, re-reading the posts will help, I guarantee.
I believe you will get well if you follow what others have done before you.
You, also, have to believe that you will get well.
You have to be ALL in to fight this. Not easy. No one will tell you it is easy, but the blueprint for all to follow is already here on this forum.
