Hi All,

Thank you Cheryl, Marie, Ellen and Aunt Laura for your caring posts.

I have been busy trying to take care of my ear and nose infestation of late, as well as the red spots on my chest etc.

The ears just were very hard to solve. The activity there and in the nose resulted in my not being able to sleep most nights, so I was not rested and it was frustrating to say the least.

My infestation must have been intense because neither the silver nor other things were working. I finally started swabbing with castor oil, thanks to advice from Chrissie. Castor oil that I also put some essential oils into. This was helping damp it down but they were still waking me regularly.

Then I remembered an archived conference call with Peter where he talked about how much garlic he had been eating. (Thank you Peter.) I have been eating at least one raw clove a day for 90% of the time, except when I had to eat jello for a colonoscopy.

Well the idea came to me to make an oil tincture with fresh chopped garlic, in olive oil, which I steeped for a couple days then began to put two drops into my ears after the silver each night. It really worked for me.

Now I have been getting some real sleep for the past few weeks. I then started to put some of the same oil on the red spots on my chest, and that seemed to calm that down too! I'm still scrubbing with the homemade salt scrub at night after washing with the sulfur soap. This also helps.

Lately I've noticed sometimes a granular substance coming out of my nose. Has anyone else had this?
I'm hoping its the stuff dying and leaving...

I was feeling so good that I felt that I was in the 90% club, after my nose and ears got tolerably better.

Then I had to do a colonoscopy which I had put off for 6 months because I didn't want to stop taking the protocol for a week. The red spots on my chest flared up again. Hopefully I can get that back to normal.

I also eat a lot of raw vidalia onions, which I think is good because of the sulfur content.
