Hi All,
I think that there is a place of balance with this skin ailment, not too much. not too little, in terms of attack.
Every so often lately I encounter it in my space (these last few days), when cleaning up. That's why I have avoided cleaning up certain spaces like the plague for literally years.
But I now have some resolve to face the fear, and when I get bit I just wipe with enzyme cleaner and keep going with a heart that stays open without fear.
Fear for me is the hard thing.
When I'm feeling better, the last thing I want to do is get any exposure to these beasts, but that is what I must do to get it out of my home.
This is hard, that is a fact, but it is not hopeless, only painful and confusing at times.
