For three days I was attempting to login to the forum with no success, and now it's working again. Glad to see the bugs are gone. Speaking of bugs, the weather has warmed up considerably, the leaves are beginning to grow on the shrubbery, and a little rain gave everything a big boost last night.

Walking in the forest this morning, I was aware of how sick the forest is, and in order for it to get well, it has to heal as a community of plants and animals, and the occasional human. Our bodies too are ecosystems in themselves, and also need to be brought back into balance so they can heal properly. The antibiotics of the drug companies which destroy the body's ecosystem are akin to the destruction of the planet by the multitude of industries seeking personal gain. If you want to see a great movie about the journey to bring a desolate landscape back into health and prosperity, see 'The Biggest Little Farm'.

I am now in the third week of the protocol, and in addition to better digestion and improved sleep, I've also noticed that my tolerance to cold temperatures has improved. We are still getting some mornings below freezing, and my morning walks are not chilling me to the bone like they normally do. Hopefully, that's a sign that I'm getting stronger, but I realize that it's still early in the process.

As for the diet, it hasn't been a problem. My son is now eating bigger salads and wants to cut out junk food, and my wife is getting more health-conscious too, so it must be rubbing off on them. Our refrigerator was completely filled with produce several days ago, as we had Whole Foods deliver groceries for the first time, and my wife made an additional trip to the store. I ordered a cookbook called 'Everyday Detox', and a few of the recipes have been really good - the chocolate pudding was fantastic. I'd highly recommend the book.

I also have two sprayer bottles, one with Kleen Green, and one with WPS mixed in, to help with creepy crawlies. Because I ordered the WPS early and I got a few bottles from placing third in the contest, I'll have five bottles and enough to purify the entire neighborhood's drinking water for a few months ;). The old bottle of MMS I had from years ago I started using as a cleaner, and also learned that you can put 30-50 drops in a bowl in a musty room, turn on a fan, and purify the air. It certainly made the basement feel fresher.

As far as exercise, I have been taking regular walks in the woods the last couple weeks, and I started doing Qi Gong again with a DVD by Lee Holden, which offers easy yet effective 8-minute routines. I also have some floor exercises I do most days, and do a few bounces on the rebounder.

Lastly, I've been paying little attention to the news and the opinions of pundits, and I believe I feel better from doing so. Having gotten some excellent speakers for my TV, I'm watching many musical programs including Ken Burn's series on Jazz, and nature programs as well. I'm also determined to get good at the violin, so that is keeping me busy too.

There have been some extremely challenging days in the last week and a half, but it's amazing how quickly that is forgotten when you begin to feel a little better. Thank you do Chrissie, Robin, Brian, and Tea for your supportive comments. I really appreciate having a support system in this community.
