So enjoyed reading your post!! Love seeing that you are embracing the diet and all the habits that will get you well!! You are a Supreme Warrior!!! Good Going!!
Was your chocolate pudding made with Avocados?? Tea has turned me on to that!!! Delicious!!! I make cauliflower mashed potatoes that are divine and smothered fried radishes that taste like potatoes!!! I've got lots of great recipes, but I forget to take pictures so they are not posted yet!!
I make the Almond Joys in the recipes on our website, they last a long time. I freeze them! The chocolate unsweetened almond milk is also a great treat with a little stevia in it !! Hot or cold, delcious!!! Also the vanilla unsweetened almond milk, I use either one in my Coconut Dandylion Tea which taste just like coffee and is strong!! Don't leave the bag in too long if you like it weaker!!
The Kleen Green is fantastic!! I spray it on after I shower and put it in my hair after showering! Spray any little sting, bite or itch and you can use it on counter tops, floors, laundry, and so much more! I wash my clothes, blankets, etc... with WPS and then Kleen Green!
I can't go without Protocol, Kleen Green, Sovereign Silver, or WPS!!! They and Mel are my lifelines!!!
I listen to music everyday, it uplifts my soul and makes me happy!!! I also like anything on animals and history!! I feel like we have to feed our minds good wholesome positive stuff not the junk on TV. Horror and murder seems to be all thats on!! I do like "The Voice " though!!
Your family seems to be a great support system!! That is a great advantage!! The diet is good for everyone!! I will never go back to the way I ate before. Keto for me, the rest of my life!! Can't have everything on it yet though!!
