Great to read your latest post and to get to know how well you’ve taken on this battle!
Thought it was so humorous with your comment on Sploosh!?! I do sploosh every day with lemon and lime and that’s been a huge help and blessing for me!! And the recipe you gave for the sardines, I cannot wait to try it, because I love them and I love the vegetables that you have with it, so thank you so much for sharing!!
