Dear Adam,

I LOVE that new word you made up, "splooshing. ' It made me smile!!!!! :-). Oh yes!!! I am rather partial to a little sploosh or two. Fresh lemon or lime is my favourite sploosh. And with pure plant stevia its beautiful, cheering and cleansing! What more could a body want!!

If you don't like stevia, try another brand. As long as it has no additives and is in pure plant form. I tried one brand in the UK (Holland and Barrett) it was bitter, but another I love. I get Steviago Stevia tablets and they are PERFECT. So I can now Sploosh to my hearts content.

What a lovely and uplifting post you just wrote!! You have hardly been on the, 'sum of the parts,' any time at all, yet you GET IT!!!!!

You have embraced it all and are doing your absolute best making your chia crackers and other delicacies like Baba Ganoush . How exotic and mysterious does that dip sound!!!! We call it aubergine in the UK, you call it eggplant. But no matter the name, it is delightful roasted with olive oil and spices and it then makes a delicious pate or dip. Yum, I like my aubergine roasted with garlic, extra virgin olive oil and sea salt and smoked paprika.

Well we do have to forgive the cat for not changing her diet. Furry, cuddly, beautiful creatures get away with a lot I agree :-).

That's great you are also forging ahead with your music. Will we get a chance to hear any of it, at some point?

Last question, do you have any more made up words? We will most likely, as a community, embrace them too!!!!

We all need a wee laugh to help the old immunity to kick into gear :-).

Keep on keeping on!! (as the Mel Man says) ,
Chrissie
