4:13:04 PM | Thanks for your feedback Deby and Cheryl. Just went to Sprouts today and bought some organic lime juice to try as per your suggestion (Deby).
While I was there, I also took a couple of pix of the Sweet Drops display and the shelf with the organic lemon and lime juices to further clarify the items referred to in the recipe.
I'll email these pix to Mel and ask if he can upload them on this thread...maybe...lol...sometimes I really give him way too much to do with all my pix...and he's already super busy.
The peppermint sounds great too...am wondering if maybe it would still taste good with using a drop of food grade peppermint essential oil instead of the extract. I think a lot of the Doterra oils are food grade...will check it out.
Also good to know about the uplifting aspects of cayenne...will try to pay more attention to how I feel after drinking some in lemonade.
