I just wanted to write and say I had no idea about Kosher meats or knockwurst (though I lived in Germany and Europe as a child) and after eating my last one this morning and wanting more...it is safe to say I am a believer and totally in love!
We always try to eat organic, free range, grass fed meats only or do not have meat. This month was so hard on us! I was starving and we had very little money for ANY food, let alone meats.
However, upon randomly mentioning this in my prayer call last week - Mel told me he was going to send me something in the mail. Wow! I was recently blessed by receiving food from Mel. These kosher knockwurst sausages he sent were delicious.
I was so enamored of them (I had my fiancee cook them, as I had no energy) that I ate 2 right away without even knowing it. After tasting it, my fiancee too is a "Mad Mel and his Kosher meats" believer! We looked for them immediately.
I am confident that this is the way to go. Completely sugar free was what sold me on it! I praise God for his kindness and provision though Mel this week. Now I find I'm asking God for the wisdom in where I can find these knockwurst again?! They are not online or in the grocery.
Big thanks. gratitude and love to Mel for this kind gift and to everyone for continuing in supporting the He Cures All Foundation (with whatever you can) - every little bit helps! If we could barely afford food, imagine how much it would cost us for protocol AND food without the assistance of the HCA?
