Hi everyone,

I can see that this thread hasn't been active for a while but it's still a relevant question for us ladies so I thought I would chime in.

My face lesions are quite bad and my face is now the only part of my body that has the lesions so I can't help but wonder if this has anything to do with what i am (or have been) putting on it. My hair is also a big problem and for years I have packed on the chemicals for colour & styling etc so maybe there is something in that. The applied chemicals may cause a weakness in that area and its possible the M is attracted to our weak spots.

I only wear makeup if I have to leave the house but now I take it off as soon as I get home again. I have also found some organic makeup companies and after using the trail packs I ordered it just feels very different on the skin, better I would say. It's not cheap (but having this disease isn't on the whole) but I think reducing or eliminating chemicals wherever possible can only be a good thing.
