I am very sorry to read that your grandson lost his other grandma earlier this year. I know that was extremely difficult for him.
It is always very nice to hear you on the calls, even if you can't stay the entire time.
It's great that you are doing better on your diet and drinking more water. Those things are sure to help you get better!
I'm glad that you are moving ahead. Don't worry about the pace.
