Please do not feel bad about your plans changing. All of this definitely sounds like a God wink...and I am so happy you don't have to go through the stress of moving.
I encourage anyone reading this to look up Mel's story with the red hawks. Seeing the first big red hawk look at him in the eye from a close distance outside of his last apartment when he was so very sick was way more than a God wink...it was a God shout. That's when Mel knew he'd get well and also promised he'd devote the rest of his life to helping people get well from this nightmarish disease too.
Seeing this hawk suddenly appear a few days ago at his new place and sit on the plexiglass for a couple of hours while Mel sat on his terrace was huge for Mel. It's such a sweet story...and especially moving that it happened in the same week as "Beautiful Boy" in Scotland. Mel...you should tell the story of the hawks on this week's conference call for all of those who haven't heard it before.
Both of these stories make me feel God is sending all of us messages of hope and love. And the red hawk certainly confirmed Mel's decision to stay in his current place.
Mel...please do not worry about the money. You are so special to all of us...and as for the money I sent your way, please do whatever you feel is best with it. I sent it with much love and appreciation and trust that you will put it to the best use possible no matter what decision you make.
Thank you again Mel for all of your help. We would be in a very very dark place without you.
Love,
Karen |
