Mary W 1/24/2020 9:22:06 AM | Mary W, Thanks Freddie x, I read your post and I believe that works sometimes for others and myself at times. It depends on the extent your at. Some of us has more issues than others and at a different place in healing. I find that if your FULL of heavy metals constantly coming out of your upper body is a nightmare. Certain things you can do or not do to make things worst. What I find for myself is Prayer, quietness and talking it out helps me tremendously. I agree with you tactics as well. I try to keep it simple too, one day at a time. Keep deep breathing slowly. Mary W
Freddiebean 1/24/2020 9:22:06 AM | Dear Teresa,Diana and other Newbies with Morgellons we tend to concentrate on skin issues but a big part of Morgellons is our mind, we tent to over think things, looks for things, worry about these horrid things, unfortunately this is not helping us get better, we need to try and walk away from those thoughts take our minds off them, in time as you get better this should become easier to do. However in the mean time just say OK it's an itch and go and do something to take your mind off it, don't sit there scratching and worrying …..scratching and worrying is a no no, try dabbing a little cider vinegar with mother on any itchy spots and a cold compress on a rash, I find keeping my skin dry helps me so I use medicated talc to soothe the rest of my body. Before I found Mel, I was so tormented, I didn't understand what was going on, but this changed when I joined this fantastic site and on that day I began to relax as there was a light at the end of the tunnel .....you just need to keep looking forward, do the sum of the parts and get coaching from Mel! (don't forget a pen and paper) X Freddie x Just stay cool and stop worrying
