I was reluctant to publish this post, because I believe it is not as easy to eradicate mold as was the case for Maria.
Therefore I sought the knowledge of someone who has had much more experience than I. Here's their thoughts.
"While I would not necessarily consider mold remediation easy or cheap, it is very beneficial.
Controlling humidity (keep below 60%)"
So I published this post and voiced my concerns.
I am sure Maria, when attending our next coffee tea with me would be willing to answer question you may have regarding mold.
