Hello Everyone and Welcome,
Last Saturday's Coffee, Tea with Me BYOQ (bring your own questions) was once again Fast and Furious, yet cool as the other side of the pillow. Not having an agenda seems to have been a blessing in disguise. We had as many new people as we did regular attendees. We started off with the subject "In the Beginning" and the second half of the conference call focused on "Things that Help to Relax and Relieve Anxiety".
