The first ever auction benefiting the recipients of the He Cures All Foundation (HCAF) was a huge success! Not only were there a lot of attendees, but there were 6 people bidding on Ellen of Troy's lovely painting. Huge thanks to Ellen of Troy for providing one of her very own original works of art for the auction. Thank you Ellen, for being willing to pay it forward in such a generous and thoughtful way. For those of you who don't know, Ellen is a fellow warrior who regained her health through Mel's Protocol and being a part of this community. Ellen was not able to attend the auction, but she sent a nice note, which Mel read. I believe that even though she couldn't be present, her thoughts were with us. Bill M., another warrior who regained his health through this website, stopped by for a few minutes to say hi. He had some wise and encouraging words for us all. Thank you, Bill M. I appreciate you taking the time to come by and speak to us. It was a great blessing to have 2 of the manufacturers with us. Cathee from Natural Ginesis (Kleen Green) and John B. from Logos. They are both always so kind and supportive of the toxic disease community, and our first ever auction was no exception to that rule. Cathee and John were both bidding on Ellen's lovely painting and even answered questions when the auction was over. Thank you so much, Cathee and John. You both always, as the book of James says, show us your faith by your actions. Many thanks to the members of this community who attended the auction and to those who joined in with a bid of their own. The high bidder who will be receiving Ellen's painting was John B. This truly made my heart glad, as earlier in the call John B. had shared how Ellen's painting brought back very good childhood memories to him. John B. also had some kind and heart-felt things to say after being told the painting was now his. Congratulations, John B.! I hope you enjoy your new piece of art. Last, but never least, special thanks to Mel. Mel, you had the idea for and worked hard to put this auction together. You are the one who called the special guests who attended, and put together a nice and fun auction for us. You could have done something to benefit yourself, and fully deserved to do it for all of the time you put in to keep the website nice, hopeful, helpful, and to be there leading the Saturday and Sunday calls each weekend.
