Hello Everyone and Welcome,

I'm back up and running......to shed those pounds from my idleness.

I am happy to announce we will conclude the "Big Contest" on Saturday's Coffee, Tea with Me and as always we will have our Sunday Prayer meeting.

Attention! New Conference Call Times This Saturday we will begin our conference calls one hour earlier during the summer. The new hours by time zone are posted below.

As you probably know we did not have a conference call last Saturday due to the fact my computer was hacked and so instead we have included a very important and informational recording, "The Sum of The Parts". It's more than the nutritional supplements, it's a multitude of things that will help you get better. Be sure to listen in the player below, especially the newbies!!

I look forward to speaking with you all on Saturday and Sunday, good luck to all who have entries in the contest and remember next Saturday is the Women's Only conference call.
