What a fantastic, informative CT&M - BYOQ with our newest members to the community! We had questions and topics brought up by Paul and Diane, Adam, and Brian, all to be addressed by Community members, as well as Mel, Karen the Librarian, Joe and special guest and dear friend to the Community - John Burgstiner! Discussion primarily focused on WPS in the laundry, weight loss, forms of stevia when using the “Hallelujah” method to treat skin/body irritation, and John B’s invaluable knowledge and information given on Logos Nutritionals supplements. Regarding WPS and laundry, Mel used it for a very long time and is a great alternative to the more expensive Kleen Green. However, improper or careless use can wreak havoc on your clothes - best to get guidance from Mel and use the Search Engine by typing in “Cleaning” and/or “Laundry” to get tips and advice from Community members. John B calmed the worries of weight loss as it is expected to happen when the body’s defense mechanisms (aka immune system) are weak and we need to rebuild the bio-terrain. Rest assured, the weight will come back the longer you stick to the protocol and the Sum of the Parts - remember, they all work synergistically to rebuild our health! With Stevia serving as the third component in the “Hallelujah” method, Community members shared their best experiences. There was resounding support for using organic Stevia powder (packets) and mix it in water to form a paste to spread over the impacted area. And by spreading it out in such a fashion, it should last longer and cost less than liquid stevia. Lastly, nothing could be said better than John B explaining how the Logos Nutritionals supplements are designed to work in harmony when taken together. A key point brought up here is that if there’s a supplement that isn’t in the protocol, but could address other weaknesses or challenges one may experience (e.g. anxiety), it is rare that incorporating other supplements from Logos would negatively impact our protocol. Again, like all other areas that call for caution or concern, getting guidance from Mel prior to making any decision is best. Great discussion topics and a plethora of information was provided - all to be invaluable to this Community and especially to its newest members. If there’s one key message to take away from this call, is to get with Mel and USE YOUR COACHING! We have all the tools at our disposal with this protocol, but what good are tools if we don’t know how to properly use them? That’s exactly what coaching with Mel gives you and we will ALL get better and in the most efficient time and manner when we work with Mel! God Bless you all!
