What a great BYOQ call over all things Toxic Disease. This was truly a wonderful stage to take questions from existing and new members alike. Lots of discussion on the different protocols/extensions and why they're set up the way they are today. To paraphrase Mel, much of the way the protocol is now set up is different than before due to the ever increasing toxicity our environment is taking on.
But no matter the situation, Mel continues to remind us that this process is a slow and steady one. This lead to a key point he made that resonates with so many - just when we feel we're getting better, we get antsy and want to be out and about, which has proven time and time again to not bode well for us toxic disease sufferers.
And for those who couldn't attend, a true testament to the strength of this community, Mel's guidance and the power of Christ and prayer showed itself to us in the form of LESLIE!! Leslie has been a community member for such a long time and has beaten this disease to the ground and has been a HUGE supporter to this community! What's more is when she prays, she does it with such conviction and truly loves us all and wants nothing more than to see us get better. Keeping true to Mel's form, he opened the floor multiple times to allow for questions and members to help answer whenever he wasn't overly familiar with a topic - whether research-based or food-based - Mel humbles himself quickly when he didn't know the answer and urges us to submit him such questions/topics so he can get them in the right hands.
