Hello Everyone and Welcome,

Last Saturday's Coffee, Tea with Me was another great call (part 2) with our very own Tea covering uses of essential oils in relation to the Vita Flex points of the body. "Vita Flex" essentially stands for “vitality through the reflexes” and offers an easy to follow method for applying essential oils topically in the most effective way possible. Be sure to listen to this call in the player below. It is truly a very informative call.

This Saturday, Coffee, Tea with Me, BYOQ (bring your own questions). We are having a continuous influx of new people and BYOQ calls are a very important tool to help our newbies acclimate themselves to the website and gain a much better understanding of the Road to Health Restoration. So if you are new to the community, you just want a refresher or if you're a Warrior be sure and be there Saturday for Coffee, Tea with Me and BYOQ for newbies!

One of our favorites, Robert Scott Bell will be joining us on June12th. and the rest of June and half of July are already scheduled. Keep reading and listen for the guests as we announce them weeks to come.
