Robert started with words of encouragement,"don't judge yourself that you have to work on your healing,this is a process for you to get your energy and health back.When you are well you will then be able to give to others. Allow spirit to flow to bring health back and don't be the obstacle." Mel also said ,"remember you are not this disease,some of the best times of your life are still to happen once you get your health back. And you are now prepared through what you learn in your healing journey for the inevitable increasing toxicity of the planet." We had an insightful talk re Copper and it's use alongside Silver or alone. Mel said ,"Copper is a new weapon that you can add to everything else to attack this illness ." Mel stated that many community members are at first very tired with Copper use,but in time their energy comes back stronger. Robert said the initial lack of energy is because,"with Copper the body is redirecting energy to deal with burdens your body may have been dealing with for decades.Do your healing therefore at your own pace and pay attention to your own body." Robert stated,"our cells are intelligent,they need liver pathway support and anti microbial reduction. These cells utilise Copper in places that it is needed,for skin integrity locally and for inflammation and systemic benefits also. Copper is anti fungal ,anti microbial,anti parasitic." Copper can be used alongside Silver and they can work together synergistically. However ,it is important to introduce one thing at a time and take it gently ,then you know what's working and what you need to be using. Robert stated ,"I have seen amazing things during covid regards people using Silver and Copper together in a Nebuliser and having tremendous success healing their lungs ." He cautions that you go slow and only use a teaspoon of Copper in a Nebuliser. In terms of those who have been or are exposed to mold toxicity,the lungs are sadly the perfect place for mold to reproduce. Robert talked about the importance of implementing a couple of months of intense Silver/Copper Nebuliser use daily to heal the lungs. Silver and Copper can also be used locally on the scalp/hair for inflammation and dandruff etc and there's no need to rinse it out. Robert talked about Copper being known to be an ingredient in beauty products. Copper and Silver can also be used together topically on itching skin in gel form. Robert also stated that ,"Copper and Silver are also important alongside Silicon and Magnesium for the reduction of anything that is degrading the cartilage integrity. Copper is also critical for neurological brain function." It is interesting to learn how therapeutic Copper and Silver are and good to know that not all metals are toxic! Robert stated ,"Silver specifically is benign to healthy tissue but devastating to microbes." Check out Robert's book ,"The Power To heal ," which has a whole chapter dedicated to healing the gut with his Aloe Vera/Silver Protocol. This is imperative for many as 80 percent of the immunity is in the micro biome of the gut . Also many toxic disease sufferers have Systemic Candida issues that need to be thoroughly addressed. Robert suggested that community members rinse out and fill up an old 1oz or 2oz Silver spray bottle with Copper. Using Copper as a topical spray will be very useful. Robert encouraged community members who are very stressed to take a regular form of exercise to, "dissipate cortisol levels in the body ." He also talked of Magnesium being helpful for stress and CBD Oil is good also. He recommended the homeopathic remedy Gelsemium (Yellow Jasmine) as a useful remedy for Fear .
